Benefits of joining the ESTSS
The ESTSS draws its membership from a range of disciplines and professions with an interest in the broad field of psychotraumatology, for instance: psychologists, psychiatrists, researchers, students, nurses, social workers, priests etc. ESTSS membership will entitle you to the following:
- Reduced registration fees for all ESTSS sponsored conferences and meetings. For the main European Conferences of Traumatic Stress the saving on registration has been equivalent to the annual membership fee.
- Preferential registration fees for conferences and meetings arranged by the ISTSS or Australasian Societies for Traumatic Stress Studies (ASTSS) and other affiliated societies.
- The Newsletter of the ESTSS is published two or three times a year and is received by members free of charge.
- Access to the Members Only section on the website. This section contains the latest and previous ESTSS Bulletins in English. In addition there are translations of some Bulletins in French, Italian and German.
- Greatly reduced subscription rates for the Journal of Traumatic Stress, the leading professional publication in psychotraumatology. The Journal of Traumatic Stress is a peer-reviewed journal featuring the work of leading researchers.
- ESTSS works in cooperation with related national and international organisations such as the ISTSS, the ASTSS, DeGPT and ALFEST.
