Managing Trauma in the Uniformed Services: an ESTSS Task Force. The uniformed services are at high risk of exposure to psychological trauma. The European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies set up a Task Force with the aim of promoting the understanding and treatment of psychological trauma in the military, police and fire services in several ways. European Traumatic Stress Research Database

Research Database
Many different traumatic stress research projects are being conducted throughout Europe. At present there is no central database of these projects which makes it difficult to be aware of what is going on. In order to rectify this the ESTSS has developed a European Traumatic Stress Research Database that we hope will become an accurate source of information regarding traumatic stress research in Europe. It should also allow researchers to develop links with other people with similar interests and hopefully encourage the development of collaborative work in the future. Please visit the database and create an account to register any/all projects you are conducting.

We are therefore introducing a new Service Details Database. The database allows website users to enter service details and find out about services available in Europe.
